Best of The County is BACK!
Whether it’s your favorite place to grab a bite to eat; the best staff that keeps you coming back; or simply your trusted auto body shop, Kewaunee County residents can chime in and recognize outstanding Kewaunee County businesses. In its second year, the “best of” competition remains focused on highlighting local businesses for doing an outstanding job in a variety of different categories.
“Many Kewaunee County businesses have amazing success stories to tell. We want residents to help us celebrate those businesses and share these stories. The categories are open and not limiting to a specific industry. Residents might consider recognizing retail, service, or even manufacturing businesses” says Jennifer Brown, director of the Kewaunee County Economic Development Corporation. “We are hoping that people have a lot of fun with this. This year, we added “Best Place to Work” to recognize an employer that enhances quality of life. We want a ‘locals’ perspective on who is doing what really well,” says Claire Thompson from UW Cooperative Extension.
